RETURNING TEAM SIGNUPS

Returning teams may fill out the roster form below and make payment at the MANDATORY General Membership meeting Tuesday February 3rd, 6:30pm, in the Alhambra High School Performing Arts building. Please have your payment (cash or check) at that time.  Make checks payable to “Martinez Bocce Federation”.

Open bocce $425

Seniors $225

Volo $275

When properly completed, the message “THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBMISSION!” will appear at the top of your entry form.  If this acknowledgment is not received check your entry and resubmit. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your submission with an attached roster.  Please check spam inbox if not received.

  • All rosters must have complete addresses and telephone numbers for each member of the team, including alternates.
  • Alternates will not get an award.
  • 30% rule applies to playoff eligibility and awards.
  • INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

As Capo, I hereby swear that each team member, before their first game of play, will read and abide by the RULES and WAIVER RELEASE of the Martinez Bocce Federation.

ALL CAPO’S WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND THE ACTIONS OF THEIR TEAM MEMBERS

After submission, the Capo will recieve a copy of this roster to their email address for their reference.
